Sportstats Pro stores preferences locally on your device. These may include appearance choices, widget and Live Activity preferences, alert preferences, and favorite-team selections. This information is used only to provide and personalize the app on your device. The current version of Sportstats Pro does not create a user profile, collect contact information, or transmit these preferences to Sportstats Pro.

When you visit the Sportstats Pro website, the website host and related service providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure, and maintain the website. This can include IP address, browser type, device information, request logs, and security diagnostics.

Platform Features
On supported iPhone and iPad devices, Sportstats Pro may use widgets and Live Activities. These features use locally stored preferences and system-provided Apple surfaces to present information. The current release does not transmit personal information through these features. The Apple TV version does not use widgets or Live Activities. It stores only local display and app-preference settings.
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored app preferences remain on your device until you change them or delete the app. Deleting Sportstats Pro removes its locally stored app data from the device, subject to your device and operating system behavior. Support emails are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect the service, or comply with legal obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Sportstats Pro is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can address the request.

You can remove locally stored app preferences by deleting Sportstats Pro from your device.
